This organisation is an industry leader employing a wide range of trades and skilled individuals to join their team. Due to increased company growth an opportunity is available for a document controller to assist the team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will find yourself assisting with the migration of documents from project to operations.
- Document control management including checking, tracking and recording documentation.
- Reporting on documentation status etc.
- Administration duties such as copying, faxing, filing, scanning etc
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a document controller, ideally in a mining environment - desirable
- Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Friendly nature and experience working in a team environment.
- Current CBM and S11 or willingness to obtain
