Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a good natured, and bubbly person who will thrive in our fast-paced and community focused environment. You will go above and beyond to solve customer queries and connect people to their desired location, professional or support service.

What do you need to bring?

  • Experience in a front of house role, providing face to face customer service and phone support
  • A warm and engaging communication style with great interpersonal skills and ability to maintain composure when under pressure
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • A strong sense of empathy along with a commitment to confidentiality and respect
  • A willingness to go above and beyond for customers and employees

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Connecting clients, general public, staff and suppliers to the desired person or service
  • Maintaining sound knowledge of AnglicareSA’s offerings, and how to best meet customer needs
  • Acting in a manner that reflects AnglicareSA’s values
  • Developing, maintaining and performing efficient and effective administration and clerical procedures
  • Regularly reviewing procedures and seeking to continuously improve
