The nature of the role requires someone who is dynamic, enthusiastic and responsible, ensuring the smooth running of the office.
A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude to take ownership of tasks & has a strong sense of urgency; with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. This role will offer you a broad scope of responsibilities. The role is hands on and vital to the efficient running of the business operations. The role will suit someone with a proven track record in finance, project management, administrative & office management.
You will also take the lead for the operation of a small yet dynamic administration team.
Skills and experience
- Extensive experience in an administrative/office management role with the desire to work in a hands-on environment
- Approachable with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of people
- Analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, have the ability to investigate and find ways around problems.
- An excellent communicator with a proactive nature, your tenacity and ability to think outside the square will ensure success in this role.
- Ability to identify and initiate cost saving opportunities
- Have the capacity to work through commercial issues and propose solutions along with an ability to implement.
- Well-developed staff management and training skills with the ability to maintain a motivated and high performing team
- A finisher - You need to be able to get stuff done
