About The Role

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. This position will be supporting our Northern Beaches Team, based at our Dee Why Branch. The Administrator we require will have a high level of energy, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to achieving positive results. You will be adaptable to a varied role, with the ability to work under little supervision.

The person will be regarded as someone who is passionate about supporting the rights of children and families, values a collaborative working environment with mutual trust and respect and holds strong administrative and customer service skills.

What You Need

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent data management skills
  • High level written, verbal and interpersonal skills. 
  • A pleasant and professional telephone manner with a focus on customer service.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines in a busy environment.

Experience in the disability sector or similar role is highly desired.
