This highly regarded, globally recognised mid-tier accounting practice located in the bustling heart of the CBD are seeking an experienced EA and Administration Team Leader for an exciting permanent career opportunity.
Reporting directly into the COO and supporting one other executive in EA duties, this role also leads and oversees the admin team - we therefore require a highly organised individual who is able to prioritise whilst managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Seeking an individual with a natural eye for the improvement of processes, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to utilise their previous experience within a similar role to effectively support internal and external clients whilst assisting in the optimisation of process efficiencies.
Description
- EA support to two busy executives
- Substantial diary, email and correspondence management
- Arranging local, interstate and international travel
- Forging and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Point of contact for clients when partners are unavailable
- Reconciliation of expenses
- Taking and typing meeting minutes
- Arranging events and other activities
- Overseeing and directing the admin team; recruitment, on-boarding, mentoring, training and work delegation
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement
- A variety of ad hoc duties as required
Profile
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experienced in Accounting Practice environments essential
- A natural leader with proven success in managing small teams
- Confident communication style with excellent verbal and written skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- A resilient, team-orientated character who can work under demanding conditions
- Polished in personal presentation and highly professional in approach
- A keen focus on the continuous improvement of business processes
- High level MS Office capabilities
