As a result, a rare opportunity has presented for an experienced Internal Sales Professional to join the forefront of the business. Your main objective will be to encourage and drive repeat business for retail customers and aid with product requirements. 

Working 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday, your main responsibilities will include;

• Handling customer enquiries including face to face, phone, fax and email orders
• Managing the quote to order process from end to end
• Invoicing customers
• Assisting the external sales team
• Meeting customer expectations with their product requirements and purchases
• Small amount of picking of stock
• Providing administration support throughout the sales process

To be considered for this role you will have; 

• Previous experience in a similar role (essential)
• Experience handling a big product range
• Experience in manufacturing and/or industrial products
• A natural affinity to assist others
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively manage customer expectations with honesty and transparency
• The zest for a busy work environment
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to problem solve to achieve positive outcomes
