The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant role at our Southbank office. 

We are eagerly seeking applications from experienced Receptionist/Administrative Officers to join the company. Immediate Start. Negotiable salary based on experience and award. This opportunity is for a full time roll Monday-Friday.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service along with general administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, 

  • Answering all incoming telephone calls 
  • Managing the reception area
  • Greeting of clients
  • Maintenance of office facilities, kitchen area, printing facilities and meeting rooms
  • Coordinate the handling of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain the company filing system
  • Uploading reports
  • Submitting documentation to councils

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in a similar administration/reception role and any building experience would be beneficial.

Must have a high level of computer literacy, strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
