The Company

The Role

* Both Full Time and Casual positions available

TFG offers the right applicant an exciting opportunity to join our team in one of the most important roles within the organization. We are looking for a well-presented, organized, efficient and enthusiastic front of house person to join our rapidly expanding medical aesthetics group based at our Exhibition Street clinic. We believe the first impression at our clinics is a vital part of our Clients' Journey and therefore we seek only the best for this crucial role.

Position Duties

The primary function of this role is to support all of our practitioners on a daily basis by:

  • Answering phone and e-mail enquiries in a timely, knowledgeable and friendly professional manner.
  • Educating our clients about the treatments and products we offer both over the phone and whilst in clinic
  • Greeting clients and ensuring that the correct patient and aftercare forms are given as well as maintaining correct patient records.
  • Booking and re-booking client appointments and follow ups,
  • Responsibility for the efficient running of the clinic
  • Billing and receipting.

Adhere to company policies and procedures including the use of our unique TESSA system

Skills and qualifications

The primary function of this role is to support all our practitioners on a daily basis by:

  • Competent with booking and CRM systems as well as general
  • 2 years experience within a customer focused environment
  • Passion and motivation for the cosmetic and aesthetic industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Great communication skills and a warm and friendly personality
  • Ability to work well within a team and build relationships

Experience in a cosmetic or medical environment will be highly regarded.
