The key to this role is to assist and support the Head of Institutional Equities and provide support to the Corporate Access business. The Job

Reporting to the Head of Institutional Equities, your duties will include the following:

  • Manage appointments and diary changes
  • Book travel, accommodation and venues 
  • Manage and arrange corporate events including roundtable meetings and conferences
  • Draft, prepare and respond to correspondence on behalf of management
  • Maintain files and documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide ad hoc project support to business professional

 

You

To be successful, you must have experience with the following:

  • Past experience as an EA ideally within Financial Services
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to multi-task with flexibility and ownership
