What are we looking for?

We want a Front Office Receptionist/Administration Assistant who thinks “outside the box” and who can provide us with a minimum of 1 years’ service, a person who enjoys maintaining excellent customer service to our Clients and support our Accounting Professionals by harnessing their administrative skills. We want someone who enjoys contributing ideas and implementing processes that make life easier.  

To be a 4orward comrade, you will need to cope with large volumes of work, enjoy responsibility and able to work efficiently and independently.

What are your main responsibilities?

  • Correspondence and administration 
  • Addressing and managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Administration of internal systems
  • Liaising with clients, ATO and other such regulatory bodies via email and phone
  • Assisting Administration Teams across all facets of operations
  • Booking face to face & phone meetings with clients
  • Assisting in maintaining office supplies
  • Scanning & filing 
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Making coffee & tea for clients
  • Tidying kitchenette and front of house area
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with ad-hoc duties

What do you need?

  • Minimum of 1 years previous administration experience within a professional services environment - ideally private practice
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist/Personal Assistant or Administration Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and professional presentation
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Highly organised and structured, with the ability to multitask
  • Strong work ethic and be flexible and willing to work above and beyond the standard work hours to meet the clients and business’ needs
  • Advanced knowledge/proficiency in MS Word & Excel
  • Bonus if you have experience using MYOB, HandiSoft, & ATO Portal
