E-Z-GO / Cushman is a world market-leading manufacturer of an extensive range of Golf and Commercial vehicles.
We are currently seeking a part time Office Administrator 2 - 3 days per week to assist in our busy office in Smeaton Grange, NSW.
About you:
- You must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a busy office of diverse people.
- You are punctual and dynamic.
- You have a minimum of 5 years administrative and bookkeeping experience and are a proficient Microsoft Office Suite user.
- Bookkeeper skill and experience with large stock control/ accountancy packages will be a bonus.
- Possess a high level of written and verbal communication, know how to formulate documents and work with spreadsheets.
- You need to have strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, level headed and have that magic can do, will do attitude.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and priority setting skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Be adaptable and accepting of change as the company grows and have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Your everyday tasks will include:
- Liaise with suppliers & clients and other Augusta Golf Car branches.
- General administrative tasks including invoicing, stock control and end of month duties.
- General reception and phone duties.
- Emails, post, banking.
