Northside Smash Repairs is looking to expand their Experienced Administration Team.  We are looking for a young junior to share the valuable knowledge our team has meticulously gained from many years in the industry. The perfect fit will be someone with exuberant energy, enthusiasm and the will to learn.  This role is primarily a Customer Service Role.  We at Northside Smash Repairs pride ourselves on exceptional Customer Service and simplistic processes to enhance every customers experience.  Greeting customers, answering phones, processing invoices and along the way learning about about the Auto Repair Industry are some key factors of the job. This role will be based at our Brendale site initially, however a licence and transport will be essential as this role will also include covering the other sites (Everton Hills/Stafford) for leave periods and increased workloads. We work on Industry specific computer packages, which are easily learnt.  Northside Smash has procedures and systemised processes for all of our roles.  We ensure all our staff are given the correct training in all aspects of any role, so they can confidently take ownership of their tasks. 

The ability to interact with people, to show empathy and understanding is very important, whilst always staying positive, welcoming  and calm. Exceptional phone manner is essential. We are looking for someone who has strong time management, proficient in multi-tasking and has the eye to prioritize when necessary. Self pride and presentation in yourself and your environment is unquestionable. This role is an important link within the team. Co-Ordinating with your administration colleagues and fellow management colleagues streamlines the smooth process we have created in producing the end product - which is superior customer service and exceptional quality.

Northside Smash Repairs is renowned within the Auto Repair Industry, and displays a very strong presence.  We currently have 3 sites with continual growth projects on the go.

At present we have 36 staff throughout our sites with a high retention rate.  We always strive to create rewarding and gratifying roles, with the support and ongoing training from our Management Team.
