Your new company
A large and well known Federal Government Agency that run initiatives for families and communities within Australia are seeking an experienced Records Manager for an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of a further extension. This vacancy has become available due to an increase of workflow within the team.

Your new role
As the Records Manager you will be responsible for providing TRIM administration support on a day to day basis. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Records Management
  • Maintenance of TRIM database
  • Providing support and training
  • Helpdesk Support
  • Creating and destructing files
  • Monitoring data
  • Other administrative tasks as required


What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate for this vacancy, you will have previous experience within a similar role and the Federal Government. You will also have excellent organisational skills, great written and verbal communication skills. ability to pick up databases quickly, high analytical skills and the ability to provide training and support where required.

You must be an Australian citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Baseline personnel security clearance
