Grand Motors Toyota is a multi-award winning company that has represented Toyota on the Gold Coast for over 50 years, providing superior customer service and motor vehicle solutions.
An opportunity has become available for an experienced permanent part-time Receptionist to join our team. This position offers 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm.
Key duties of this position:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Delivering accurate messages
- Welcoming and assisting guests as they arrive to the showroom
- Compiling daily sales reporting for the sales management team
- General administration and database responsibilities
Key requirements for this position:
- Previous experience working as a dedicated receptionist operating a busy switchboard
- Friendly and courteous phone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High standard of presentation
