We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Support Officer who will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and coordination of a broad range of business activity across the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement division.
The role actively supports the division to deliver on key business activities, including supporting the Communications business area, document and records management, assisting with projects, reports and presentations.
Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:
- Experience in the provision of high-level administrative support within a similar environment.
- Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, and effectively identify and resolve issues or problems.
- Demonstrated self-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, maintain stakeholder engagement and consistently deliver in deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated proficiency across Microsoft Office suite, TRIM (or similar electronic records management system) and databases

Salary Details
Base salary in the Grade 3.1 range of $66,699 - $73,844 per annum (plus 9.5% super), will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on skills and experience.
