Our State Govt client is requiring an Administration Assistant for short term assignment for approx. 1-4 weeks based in Parramatta approx. 5-10 minute walk from Parramatta Train Station.
Duties will include:
* General administration support
* Good data entry and eye for detail
* Sorting mail and distribution within the department
* Filing files into the compactus
* Retrieving records from onsite locations
* Physically fit to move trollies and carrying boxes up to 3kg
Good sound administration skills is required, filing documents, good data entry and computer skills using MS Office such as Word and Excel.
The work will be quite manual, eye for detail and being a team player with a "can do" attitude is required.
Hours of work - 37.5hr week (Mon- Fri) 8.30am to 4.30pm with 1/2 hour Lunch break
The position is required to start immediate and will be on a week by week basis.
Mandatory Police check is required.
