Dialog's South Brisbane office has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our Corporate Administration team as an Administration Assistant / Receptionist

Only applicants genuinely seeking permanent part-time work will be considered.  The job requires the person to work from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday.

This is a role for a multi-tasker with good time management skills. You need to be flexible, able to cope with lots of variety and be reliable.

You will need immaculate, polished corporate presentation. We are seeking applicants with a bright personality – a "people person".

To be successful in this role the following skills and experience are required:

  • Office administration and reception experience
  • Professional phone manner with excellent communication
  • Basic MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Organised and well-presented approach to work 
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Reliable and active team player willing to take responsibility

The role will require you to:

  • Act as back-up to our senior Receptionist
  • Perform administration and purchasing activities
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Monitor internal systems and websites and identify issues
  • Manage Dialog's marketing inventory
  • Suggest improvements to our business processes

Preference will be given to applicants with previous office experience including reception skills.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to enrol in the Dialog Academy to gain extra work skills (e.g. Business Writing, Excel, Word).
