An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant - Quality Assurance has become available within the Corporate Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time role based in Minchinbury, NSW. 

 

This diverse and fast paced role will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Quality Assurance Director and the broader team.

 

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will be highly organised, have exceptional administrative skills and will be a strong communicator. They will have previous office service / administrative support within a corporate environment.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience providing office service / administrative support within a corporate environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
  • High level of professionalism and dedication.
  • Ability to use initiative, problem solve and think “outside the square”.
  • Ability to take on responsibility, work autonomously and be a team player.
  • Trustworthy and diplomatic.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Quality Assurance Director.
  • Diary and travel management for the Quality Assurance Director.
  • General administrative tasks including coordinating team leave, data entry, filing etc.
  • Weekly/Monthly reporting.
  • Conduct research using tracking tools.
  • Coordination of product samples for internal team.
  • Coordinate and complete catering duties for meetings.
  • Coordinate products for legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with third party service providers.
  • Support the wider Quality Assurance team with requests where required.
  • Ensure accuracy of all correspondence and is treated in the strictest confidence.

 

This role reports to the Quality Assurance Director
