We are a busy social media and digital marketing agency based in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.
Due to our growth rate, we now looking for an experienced Personal and Office Assistant to work closely with the business owner and small team.
General duties include, but not limited to:
- Inbox & phone management
- Delegating work throughout the team
- General office and personal errands
- Assisting and attending photoshoots
- Note taking in meetings
- Meeting agenda preparation
- Help with set-up and management of clients
- Assisting Account Managers when needed
- Office data entry when required (not often)
- Help with preparing quotes & presentations
- Liaising with suppliers and clients
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, problem solve and happy to follow directions when asked. It is essential the candidate can work in an open environment and be confident handling phone calls and emails.
Agency experience is not necessary but an interest in social media, digital marketing or marketing is a bonus. Must have previous experience in an office environment, with knowledge of Microsoft Office or Mac programs.
We are looking for someone who is interested in 25-30 hours per week, 5 days a week.
