About the role

Located at Innovation Campus, our Wollongong office is currently seeking an Service Delivery Administration Assistant to assist our customers and prospective customers throughout the Asia Pacific Region.

This is a temporary maternity relief position for up to 12 months, with the possibility, but no guarantee of permanent employment beyond the 12 months.

Tickets.com delivers Ticketing Solutions to a wide range of customers from Sports to Arts to Entertainment and Attractions. This is a multi-faceted role with a wide range of requirements including Sales Administration, Customer Service, Administrative Assistance and Sales Prospecting. The successful applicant will need to grow an existing customer base and develop new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be required to negotiate with each customer on an individual basis to satisfy both the customers and company's goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administration support – including taking sales orders, answering general reception line, arranging freight
  • Inbound Customer Service, Internal Sales and Account Management - Upselling and building a rapport with existing customers, enquires, order entry, provide product knowledge, solve issues, provide information to customers and more
  • Prospecting & Pipeline Development - identifying and qualifying new business opportunities generated via industry associations, the internet, LinkedIn and other social media sites, trade magazines etc.
  • Outbound Customer Service - making warm outbound phone calls promoting a range of products to existing customers and new customers.
  • Document 100% of calls in the ServiceNow call tracking software
  • Ability to prioritize and meet predetermined SLA's

 

Skills and experience

Experience with the following is preferred:

  • Building, managing and maintaining a solid pipeline of potential prospects preferably working in a B2B software environment
  • Understanding of ServiceNow and SalesForce
  • Ticketing experience and understanding of box office, theatre/venue procedures

 

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate with various levels of staff
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel is crucial

This role revolves around good communication and the ability to maintain good working relationships both internally and with customers.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and driven individual, with an ability to demonstrate and successfully generate revenue with an emphasis on new product and service sales to prospective customers.
