Currently we have a great opportunity for a Job Seeker Support Consultant based in our Victoria Park Office.

This position will be a part time fixed term position until June 2020.

About the role:

The Job Seeker Support Consultant delivers effective, timely and accurate support and administration services to job seekers and branch staff.

Key Duties of the role include:

  • Reception Duties - meeting and greeting clients, directing phone calls as required and maintaining reception area;
  • Assistance with job Seeker Resumes;
  • Supporting Job Clubs;
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all candidates and staff and;
  • Providing all administration support to the team as required.

About You

Your high level of customer service and administration skills will be complimented by your:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Ability to build rapport with all key stakeholders;
  • High attention to detail;
  • High level of organisational skills and ability to show initiative and;
  • Intermediate skills in the use of the Microsoft Office computing package.

Successful applicants will be required to produce a current Police Clearance no greater than 6 months old and ability to obtain Working with Children Check.
