Currently we have a great opportunity for a Job Seeker Support Consultant based in our Victoria Park Office.
This position will be a part time fixed term position until June 2020.
About the role:
The Job Seeker Support Consultant delivers effective, timely and accurate support and administration services to job seekers and branch staff.
Key Duties of the role include:
- Reception Duties - meeting and greeting clients, directing phone calls as required and maintaining reception area;
- Assistance with job Seeker Resumes;
- Supporting Job Clubs;
- Providing a high level of customer service to all candidates and staff and;
- Providing all administration support to the team as required.

About You
Your high level of customer service and administration skills will be complimented by your:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Ability to build rapport with all key stakeholders;
- High attention to detail;
- High level of organisational skills and ability to show initiative and;
- Intermediate skills in the use of the Microsoft Office computing package.
Successful applicants will be required to produce a current Police Clearance no greater than 6 months old and ability to obtain Working with Children Check.
