Busy real estate office in the Hills District is seeking an office administrator/receptionist who is responsible, hard-working, able to own the role, cheerful, works well with others and autonomously, takes initiative and presents professionally. Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not essential.
The role will include, but not be limited to:
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Weekly creation of online and print advertising/marketing
- General administrative support
- Assisting agents with preparation of properties to sell from A-Z
- Keeping the office clean and stocked with supplies
- Printing/enveloping letters and brochures
It is preferable that you have experience with the following programs/software:
- Apple/Mac operating system
- Gmail
- Google Drive, Google Docs
- Word, Excel
- InDesign
- Agentbox (real estate software)
Flexibile with a 4 or 5 day working arrangement. Salary commensurate with experience.
