The Company:Our Australian Recruiting Group Client provides specialized products, equipment and system solutions in the construction and resource spaces - namely filtration & separation and water technology for a range of different applications.
The Role:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and experience in SAP systems and Salesforce (or other CRM platforms). The position is 3 days/week to start. The position will progress to 4-5 days/week moving towards full-time hours.Duties will be geared around the following:
- Liaising with other internal departments;
- Receive direct calls and enquiries from customers regarding aftermarket services;
- Create quotes and process customer’s purchase orders;
- Order and data entry into SAP and Salesforce;
- Assist in setting up project orders in SAP Project Systems;
- Assist in coordinating field service jobs and submission of service reports to customers;
- Monitor movement of product to and from customer locations, liaise with logistics to arrange transport;
- General administrative tasks such as contract filing or account crea
- Bachelor's Degree and/or experience in a related field (viewed favourably);
- Experience with SAP systems and other ERPs;
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms;
- Must be analytical and detail oriented – high standards of accuracy and review is critical;
- Strong MS Office skills required (Excel);
- Ability to communicate with a variety of functions and users;
- Strong ability to learn and apply new concepts;
- Ability to manage work autonomously with internal departments and external customers.
- Above-market hourly rate.
