New Leadership is driving exciting changes, new direction and growth for the Cruise and Travel Department at Cruise Megastore and we are looking for experienced Sales Consultants to join us.
$1000 Sign on Bonus available for experienced agents!!
This coupled with the continued exponential growth in the cruise sector, Cruise Megastore is seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for travel to join us in this exciting industry!
You do not necessarily require Cruise and Travel experience but SALES experience is a MUST!
Working in this fast paced dynamic environment, you will enjoy the benefits of a base salary plus uncapped commission (paid weekly), career development and discounted holidays.
Your day will involve selling worldwide cruises and travel insurance to new and existing clients. Working in an inbound and outbound sales role means all enquiries are received via phone or email, no more face to face consulting! You will also have the opportunity to build a client base through out-bound calling to our extensive member base.
If you have;
- A proven record in exceeding sales targets and/or KPI's
- Amazing organisational and time management skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- The ability to expand on existing and new business, creating your own sales pipeline
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A positive mature work ethic and a team player with a "can do" attitude.
- Previous Cruise and/or travel experience will be highly regarded
