Kordia is a highly focused, specialist telecommunications and media business operating across both Australia and New Zealand.   We excel in delivering innovative, complex and critical telecommunications networks, specialised communication networks and reliable enterprise grade broadcast networks.
 
Due to rapid growth and an extremely busy period we are seeking the expertise of a Senior Contracts Administrator to assist the Contracts Manager with preparing cost to complete reporting, claim management, variations & change order management and reconciliations of supplier invoices against works completed. This role sits within our Commercial Services Team and reports to the Commercial Services Manager. 

In addition to this you will also be required to;
  • Identify and recognise changes to the contract.
  • Prepare, source costs, qualitative and quantitative information for notifications as outlined in the contract agreements and Kordia processes.
  • Identity, update, monitor, actions tracked, and close-out on the change management register.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative information for risk management plans and registers.
  • Appropriate cost control adopted. Costs measured by forecast variation’s at 30%, 70% & 100% of project completion.
To be considered you will need:
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator (having worked in the Telecommunications / Electrical / Construction industries would be highly beneficial).
  • Experience in managing commercial and contractual administration matters
    Demonstrated experience in the implementation of policies and procedures as they relate to the project environment.
  • Knowledge of both state and federal legislation as it applies to commercial issues.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and work under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of people on a range of sensitive and complex issues.
