The company specialises in business consulting and has local and international operations.
This position primarily supports the CEO, but also has a line in to the Head of the NZ operation.
The EA travels extensively and needs someone highly efficient to help organise his time to the best advantage.
We are ideally looking for someone with previous EA experience who is trustworthy, capable, personable and is able to manage their own time in a mostly autonomous position whilst working from their home environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide EA and administrative support to the CEO and Head of NZ, including presentation materials, meeting minutes, correspondence and reports
- Create and manage task lists
- Arrange travel, visa, transfer and accommodation arrangements
- Prioritise and manage calendar appointments
- Develop working relationships with clients
- Assist with contract and tender collation and submissions
- Document Proofing & editing of documents (incorporating mark-ups from clients)
- Schedule internal and external meetings, including telephone meetings, video conferences, workshops, coffee meetings and dinners.
- Workshop preparation & venue management
This role will suit someone who always has the best interests of the CEO and the company at heart, someone who is resourceful and genuinely likes people.
You want to deliver exceptional levels of service both to the CEO and the company clients and you can manage multiple deadlines with efficiency and ease.
We would also like someone with demonstrated advanced technical skills in MS office suite products.
The role is, initially, expected to be 3 hours per day, 5 days per week and there is a possibility of additional hours as and when the business grows, but these will always be subject to discussion.
With the CEO traveling frequently this role will be mostly home based with the occasional meeting in the CBD and offers an hourly rate of $40-45 plus super and is available now.
