Reporting directly to the General Manager, Small Format, this role requires an energetic and aspiring individual to assist in the implementation of key projects within a rapidly growing section of the market - encompassing merchandising, promotions, operations and marketing. This is an ideal next step for someone who has strong administration experience in a similar environment (retail or related sector), and wants to advance their career in this space.
You will:
- Bring ideas and energy to a newly created team
- Provide administrative support, including diary management, meeting planning and travel coordination
- Coordinate financial processes for the team, including budget coordination and invoice/expense processing
- Contribute to the generation of advertising materials, including digital, radio, point of sale and ticketing
- Coordinate team communication materials, such as competitions, EDMs, training videos, trade presentations
About You:
You will bring previous relevant experience in a large and complex environment, and see yourself not only as an efficient administrator, but as an ideas generator - someone who truly adds value to their team. You pride yourself on your communications skills and your ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships. You have a proven ability to work autonomously and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Your ‘start-up’ mentality will be key to success in this role, guiding your approach to problem solving, customer service, initiative and self-starter behaviours.
