Customer service administrator needed in the Mascot area, progress your career in a renown retail business.

Your new company

This successful company located in the Mascot area is a retail business that provides an exceptionally supportive working environment. The organisation is currently looking for an experienced customer service administrator who can effectively and efficiently offer support to a busy team.

Your new role

Due to growth within the business a Customer Service Administrator has become available, your role will include but is not limited to:

  • Managing customer service enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Maintaining core replenishment and indent order management through manual data entry and EDI on all orders.
  • Creating and updating product information in SAP and maintaining organised records.
  • Investigating and resolving errors and order related issues within SAP.
  • Coding and processing invoices.
  • Running relevant reports and distributing accordingly.
  • Authorising and processing credits, debits and returns and maintaining organised records.
  • Liaising with warehouse
  • Handling of customer complaints
  • General admin duties


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar role for at least 1 year
  • Experience with SAP and EDI is essential
  • Experience with online orders is essential
  • Experience in a retail industry is preferred
  • A successful candidate will possess problem solving skills, a high level of computer literacy including advanced Microsoft office skills.
  • Ability to deal with pressure and stress
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Your positive attitude and your ability to prioritise and multitask duties will help define your future with the company.
  • Have excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
