Headquartered in Cheltenham, APT Travel Group is a 90 year old, family owned, independently operated business that encompasses an extensive portfolio of luxury touring and cruising brands. We have about 700 team members (season dependent) spread over 8 countries and this your chance to be team member 701 in the role of Odyssey Product Load Coordinator.
A bit more about you and the role:
So, what is an Odyssey Product Load Coordinator? In a nutshell, Odyssey is our reservation system and in this role you will be loading all of our domestic and international tours (product) into it. What this means is, if you’re sitting at home and you see an advertisement for an APT Travel Group Europe Cruise on the television and you want to book the tour immediately; the Odyssey Product Load Coordinator will have accurately loaded this product into the system, by the deadline to enable a potential customer access to book this magnificent tour. Sensing a theme? Ultimately, you are the Odyssey gatekeeper, you must ensure the integrity and quality of this data is uploaded by the deadline and maintained.
This leads nicely into my next point, the successful candidate will be known for their attention to detail and accuracy of the highest level. Content presentation and technology is something you embrace, bringing with you an eye for continuous improvement that generates system or usability efficiencies.
This is a small team and you will need to work independently whilst at the same time be a strong team player. You will understand the importance of stakeholder engagement whilst managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
