The Role:
- Ensure efficient day to day running of the Assistance Centre platform and provide administrative support to Management as required
- Creation of the roster and processing time-sheets
- Organising meetings, taking and distributing minutes, follow up on action items to completion, track attendees and invites, etc.
- Processing all leave forms to payroll
- Arrange and maintain a register of all appointments for internal meetings
- Assist the team in all aspects of recruitment process as required
- Provide administrative support to staff as requested
- Must have exposure to rostering/scheduling
- Minimum two (2) years administration/data entry experience
- Extensive experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Visio
- Experience organising meetings and rosters
- Knowledge of general medical terminology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly, yet professional demeanor and will feel confident working in a fast-paced environment; supporting senior-level stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a willingness to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
