A great opportunity exists for an experienced internal sales person to work in one of Sydney's leading fencing materials companies.
The role is with a fast growing Australian owned and operated fencing company based in Blacktown that has been established for over 25 years.
A generous remuneration package is offered for the right person.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Handling incoming sales inquiries by phone, email and counter sales.
- Preparing quotes for customers
- Raising invoices using Quickbooks
- Provide customers with feedback and updates on their orders
- Debt Collection and followup
To be successful in this role applicants require:
- Positive attitude to sales and customers
- Experience in QuickBooks invoicing or similar
- Basic ability to read plans and drawings
- Work as part of a team to provide a great customer service experience
- Attention to detail essential
- Possess excellent English communication skills and be able to deal with customers of all nationalities.
- Strong customer based service ethic.
Some Knowledge of fencing of building products would be beneficial but not essential.
