This global IT company based in Darwin CBD are seeking an Office Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Your new company
This global IT company are currently working on the largest IT project that has ever been undertaken in the Northern Territory. The system they are implementing will transform the delivery of health care services for Territorians by delivering a Territory-wide single, integrated health electronic record system. They are currently seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to provide key support. This is a full time permanent position for an immediate start.
Your new role
In this role you’ll be responsible for providing high level administrative and secretarial support to the Program Manager and Technical teams, including assisting with collating key project information and preparing documents and reports as requested.
You’ll assist with the coordination of team project meetings and will also be responsible for communicating with various teams and key stakeholders in regards to the delivery of the project. You’ll also assist with staff inductions, as well as ensuring office policies and procedures are adhered to at all time. Additionally you’ll manage the daily operational office requests and will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Further duties will include assisting with travel arranging, minute taking and staff expense reports.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you’ll have the proven ability to provide a high level of executive administrative assistance within a fast paced corporate environment. You’ll have exemplary organisation and time management skills with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suites and the proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, as well as being driven, switched on and professional. Prior experience within the IT or Healthcare industries will be highly regarded.
