Your new role
Working within the insurance operations division, your core responsibility will be managing incoming calls for notification of new claims, setting up and processing claims, submitting payment requests for approval and liaising with Case Managers providing administrative support to the overall claims process.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will need to be passionate about customer service and have previous working experience within administration and customer service. You will have a professional attitude, be self-motivated and good at multi-tasking.

You will receive a highly competitive hourly rate on a minimum 6-month contract at Suncorp in Sydney CBD.
