Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is primarily responsible for the Branch QA, reception and Service Department Administration work. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to provide a professional level of customer service at all times.

- 10.5 hours per day inclusive of half an hour meal break
Job Duties:
- Ensure all DBS work order requirements are complete and correct before further processing
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, and promote compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
- Update timekeeper payroll schedules and process leave forms
- Raise orders and match invoices
- Personnel administration, including transfers, inductions, training records and rosters tracking
Essential Criteria:
- Highly developed administrative skills with a minimum of 2 years previous experience within a similar role
- High organisational skills
- Motivated work ethic with a pleasant and approachable nature
- Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet based applications
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in a reception role and managing a switchboard
- Ability to manage high pressure situations
- High level of customer service
- Previous experience ensuring quality assurance and audit control
- Previous exposure to WesTrac systems
- Knowledge of WesTrac Service Costing procedures
- Familiarity with service reporting and service literature
- Working within a QA environment
- Experience in CAT programs SAP, CATS, SIMS & AMT
