Jellis Craig Inner North are seeking an experienced and energetic corporate receptionist to work at the Fitzroy office. As first point or contact for all incoming calls and visitors to the office, first impressions are vitally important to the continued success and growth of the business. Our ideal candidate will be confident, very well presented, well spoken and have a professional and friendly manner.
Your daily responsibilities will focus on the following:
- Providing initial guest greeting including answers phone calls, screening and distributing messages.
- Receiving visitors at reception and enhancing the first impressions of the company.
- Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to, courier pickups/deliveries, photocopying and binding, stationary and printing ordering,
- Manager meeting room calendars, and
- General office duties as required.
