About the Role:
This reputable organisation is in search for an experience Project Administrator to assist the team onsite. Along with providing support to the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring all administration duties run smoothly.
Duties:
- General Administration duties
- Maintain and update Subcontractor management system
- Meeting Minutes
- Contract Partner Payments and preparation
- Assistance with General meeting, travel and client coordination
- Assisting with coordination of project works
- Document control
- General assistance
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in construction or Health & Safety required
- Be customer focused
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills throughout
- Be self-motivated
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have a high attention to detail
- Be extremely well organised
- Work well in a team environment
