About Global Education Academy

About the role

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for participants within the office and provide high quality professional, friendly and respectful management of telephone enquiries, reception duties and appointment processes.

2 positions on offer - Fulltime and Part time.

Administrative experience of 3 years preferred but not mandatory

Must be available Monday to Friday until 8pm and Saturday until 6pm.

The successful applicant will:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the team and assist in all other areas as needed
  • Answer incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Deal with email enquiries
  • Manage data entry
  • Manage financial invoicing
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Arrange of both internal and external events
  • Management of email and appointments
  • Managing internal databases and appropriate records in record management systems

To qualify for this job you must:

  • Ability to respond to and prioritise completing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy
  • Exercise sound judgement, a high degree of initiative and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive business matters
  • Have a friendly and bubbly personality
  • Can-Do attitude & problem solving skills
  • highly attentive to details
  • Require high level of integrity, strong communication and organisational skills to manage competing priorities for the successful delivery of company objectives
  • Be proficient in using computers & MS Office. Training provided for financial software and CRM database system
