About The Company:
Established in 1988, our client specialises in the provision of Contractor Management, Outsourced Payroll, WH&S and Migration solutions to contractors our, they are located in Pyrmont.
Due to rapid growth of the business they are looking for a new Customer Service Administrator to join their exciting team.
 
 
About The Role:
The role of a Client service account manager is a diverse and an integral part of our clients day to day duties, it is a full 360-degree role whereby you will be responsible for the initial on-boarding and customer care of contractors through-out their lifecycle and liaising with agencies and corporations to ensure all parties are fully versed on our solutions and processes.
 
Key Responsibility’s:
  • Efficient contractor on-boarding
  • Contract Administration of our contractors
  • Liaising with all members of the team (Client Services, Sales and Payroll)
  • Assisting with contractor and client queries by phone and email
  • Database Management / Administration - Salesforce
  • Account management with all Customer Relationships (Contractors / Agencies & Corporations)
  • To help make our customers working lives simpler
  • Managing contractor and client expectations
  • Adhoc general administration and stationary orders
  • Compliance implementation
