• Nordon Cylinders is looking for a motivated Client Service Support person. This role is a vital part of a successful company and would ideally suit someone who would like to build on their sales, customer service and administration skills.. 

• Experience in an internal sales or admin support role is vital.  We are looking for someone with a technical aptitude and who looks forward to working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

• Nordon Cylinders manufactures round line welded construction hydraulic cylinders in Australia's most modern and best equipped cylinder manufacturing facility. The product range incorporates Australia's widest range of high quality cast steel mountings, supported by a market leading catalogue, and client access to 3D modelling.

  Reporting to the Client Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the sales department to give 5 star customer service to our clients while adhering to company standards. You will be trusted to work autonomously as well as collaborate with the team. This position comes with the opportunity for career advancement.

  Key Focus:

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure Nordon provides the highest quality customer service.

• Enter client orders and produce quotes for clients..

• Answering incoming calls and assisting clients.

• Assist the Team Leader with marketing and website reporting using Google Analytics.

• Administration duties associated with internal sales i.e.; order entry, client communication, client manuals.

• Assist the QA team with ISO accreditation

• Document discussions regarding new company procedures.

To achieve success in this role you will need:

• Minimum 5 years sales or admin experience
• High levels of computer skills
• Ability to confidentially liaise with clients.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service orientations
• Ability to learn technical aspects of hydraulic cylinders.
• Extreme attention to detail
• A self-starter with the capacity to deal with the demands of customers in a high pressure environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Be a team player that fits the Nordon Culture and will work with the 'Nordon Way'
• Someone who has a mature attitude and can think outside the box
• Willing to learn and take direction.
