Access Cold & Dry Storage is a cold storage facility located at Redden Street, Portsmith.
We require an experienced Customer Data Processor to join our small Warehouse team. Where every day will be different you will working with transport companies, truck drivers, trawler and warehouse crews so an effective communicator in this type of work environment is a must.
Applicants must be able to multi-task; remain calm in a busy and sometimes challenging work environment and be flexible during our busy season. This is a full time Monday to Friday role with some flexibility available with start / finish times.
Duties will include but is not limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices using MYOB
- Receiving and processing of customer orders
- Stock Inventory
- Logistics - coordinate with transport companies and clients
- Create invoices, receipt payments, debtor follow up as required
- Address customer queries
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this position applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to adhere to deadlines & schedules
- Experience in Account type roles
- Accuracy in processing
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Have good people and communication skills
Previous experience with MYOB and 'IRONBARK' software is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
