An opportunity exists for an experienced person to provide a range of administrative and operational support services to the Higher Education Leadership team to ensure efficient operation of their duties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the administrative operations and functions of the Directorate office to facilitate efficient and effective achievement of the Directorate and Institute’s activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Directorate’s leadership team in the generation of, editing, filing and retrieving of communication in an efficient manner to ensure the effective operation of schedules and the implementation of decisions.
  • Provide high level customer service to internal and external clients to effectively promote a professional image for the Directorate and the Institute.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A qualification in administration to at least Certificate III Level and relevant administrative experience.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal confidentially with sensitive issues.
  • Proven computer experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to coordinate various administrative processes.
  • Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
