About the role
We are looking for a Client Service Assistant with a can-do attitude and a bright personality.
This is an opportunity to join a team of CSA's, working together to support our clients and the client managers by providing business administration and office support.
Core duties will be;
- Maintenance of the MYOB AE client data base.
- Liaising with the accountants, clients and ATO.
- Typing letters and reports as required.
- Billing and invoice preparation.
- Using ATO Portal for lodgements and queries.
- Assisting with phone calls and greeting clients.

Skills and experience
Essential criteria to be considered for this role are;
- Prior experience using MYOB AE (Accountants Enterprise).
- Prior experience using the ATO Portal.
Desirable criteria;
- Prior experience working in administration in an accounting environment.
- High skill levels with Word and Excel in creating and formatting content.
- Prior experience working with ASIC Company Secretarial requirements.
