This company is looking for a Junior Receptionist to join their company located in the St George Area.
Your new company
Your new company is an Internationally well known organisation specialising in manufacturing goods, they are after a Junior Receptionist to join their team. Located in the St George area this company is situated close to public transport and a shopping centre and also has onsite parking.
Your new role
Your new role as Junior Receptionist will entail the following duties:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Ordering of office and kitchen supplies
- Booking meeting and boardrooms
- Maintaining cleanliness of reception and kitchen
- Organisation of cleaners and subcontractors
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need:
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite
- Access to public transport or your own vehicle
- Attention to detail
