If you have a passion for our sport and are looking to join a fun and friendly team, then this role is for you!  
 
We are currently looking for an individual who is happy having a hit on court, coaching a range of our programs at our Tennis World at Melbourne Park and Albert Reserve. 
 
You will be working mainly evenings and weekends, and be responsible for providing a friendly, professional and efficient service to our Tennis World customers, as well as delivering the highest quality coaching programs across all markets, with the overall aim to be the clear leader in tennis coaching in Australia. This is a great opportunity to utilise your customer-centric, coaching expertise in a fun and active role.

What you’re passionate about:

• Striving to deliver the best coaching possible with the aim to promote a quality coaching experience for every student

• Actively involving all participants in programs conducted at Tennis World venues

• Providing regular feedback to all coaching participants both on and off the court to encourage them to achieve their best results possible 

• Being a team player, which may mean you’ll need to assist with events and functions

 
What you'll bring to the role:

• A successful track record of coaching tennis to a range of abilities 

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for people

• Ability to be creative and innovative in implementing tennis programs

• A passion for working as part of a hands-on team and growing the game of Tennis

• The ability to build meaningful relationships and get the best out of people

To be successful in our coaching role you will currently be (or are willing to be) a Tennis Australia registered Coach. Preferably, you will also be a Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach (level 1) or have the willingness and ability to acquire this level within 12 months. 

We are looking about 10-15 hours a week with a mixture of shifts between weekends, weekdays, and nights. For more information on this position, click here.
