Our iconic 301 berth Hamilton Island Marina located in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef is seeking a customer-driven Marina Concierge with a Coxswain qualification to join our team.

About the Role

• Full time permanent position
• Live on island or commute from mainland
• Meet and greet all vessel owners and crew into the Marina and Dent Island moorings
• Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Take payments
• Dealing with all general enquiries and complaints in a pleasant and efficient manner
• Assist with Marina Office and boatyard duties as required
• Command 3 boats – Escape Beach (28ft), Atomic (45 ft.) and our Island Link ferry to Dent Island Golf Course
• Luxury beach set-up and guest drop-offs/pick-ups
• Sunset Charters and Whitehaven Beach tours

About You

• Manual driver licence
• Exemption 38 or Coxswain qualification
• First Aid
• Advanced Resuscitation
• Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Minimum 12 months in a marina role
• High standard of personal presentation
• Ability to communicate with a range of guests and key stakeholders
