We currently have an exciting opportunity in Sydney to build on your experience and career with AIA Australia as an Account Manager reporting to the Senior Manager, AIA Vitality Corporate Solutions. This role can be bases in Sydney or Melbourne. You will support the AIA Vitality program Corporate and Group clients by assisting with their launch, on-boarding, maintenance and engagement activities, by building deep relationships with Vitality Corporate clients, responding to their corporate Vitality and health and wellness requirements.
 

To be successful as an AIA Vitality Account Manager, you will have previous experience gained in a similar role, ideally from a start-up wellness provider, managing a Vitality product and operations for a medium/large organisation. Have a relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in a discipline such as Health, Science, Health promotion and demonstrated experience in the Corporate Wellness Sector. Previous experience in marketing - designing, implementing and managing a Corporate Wellness Service. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will have outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and cope well in a fast paced, team-orientated environment.  Interstate travel is required
