B1- $29.51 (per hour)
The City of Unley is seeking casual aquatic staff to fill the role of casual Pool Attendants for one of Adelaide’s premier outdoor aquatic facilities, the Unley Swimming Centre.
The successful candidate will benefit from working in an attractive outdoor environment, and will enjoy the support of a committed team. The position offers lifestyle friendly conditions that include flexible rosters, clear career paths, ongoing training and development, and competitive pay conditions.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patrons whilst in the Centre. Applicants must be prepared to work in an environment with an expectation of high level customer service satisfaction.
It is essential for the successful applicants to hold a current
- Pool Lifeguard Award certification
- Apply First Aid certification
- Department for Communities and Social Inclusion Child Related Employment Screening clearance
It is desirable to have:
- The ability to work across multiple areas at the centre
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification
- A Group Fitness Certification (Aqua-aerobics, Yoga, Personal Training)
- Food handling and safety certification
- Mandatory notification training
