About the business and the role
Revolution X Performance Centre is a gym like no other – specialising in CrossFit, Group Fitness Training, Strength and Conditioning and Athlete Development. Our coaches are specialists in their field and our aim is to continuously empower, motivate and support our members in an environment that is welcoming, evolving and built for people that are serious about training and achieving their goals.
We are currently looking for a Membership Service and Salesperson to join this amazing team. If you are passionate about health and fitness, self-motivated, positive, confident and a genuine people person – then we want to hear from you!
We are looking for a key team player, who likes to take initiative and is customer focused to fill this role. The role/s available will suit someone looking for 30 + hours and must be available Mon Tues and Wed evenings
Job tasks and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Point of contact for all members, new and existing
- Day to day operations including reception duties of Revolution X Performance Centre
- Assist in achieving sales and non-sales KPI targets set by management team
- Manage and direct enquires to Revolution X
- Customer database entry, upkeep and reporting
- Be confident in and follow membership sales procedures with the view to close sales
- Assistance in the facility presentation including stock management, control and merchandise presentation
- Any other relevant duties as directed by management
Skills and experience
Requirements/Previous Experience
- Relevant qualifications and/or job related experience in a similar position preferred
- Experience in the fitness industry highly desirable
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service/Administration preferable
- Sound knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel
- Strong Work Ethic
- Attention to Detail
- Confidence and a can do attitude
- Flexible hours
