Club W is a lifestyle space designed specifically for women to connect, relax and recharge. Underpinned by wellness and virtual activity, Club W provides women with a variety of health, lifestyle and social activities in a safe and comfortable environment.

The world's first Club W is located in Caringbah. We are looking for a full-time Club Host (Sales) to drive membership sales and help make our club a second home to many local women.

As a Club Host, you'll be the point of contact for our Club W members, ensuring they feel completely at home every visit. We are looking for people who will own the guest experience, with an ability to drive membership sales and meet club goals. With an eye for detail and a passion for health, fitness and wellness, you'll be able to take initiative and get the Club W name out into the community.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving membership sales via presentations to walk in clients, phone calls and appointments and referral generation
• Lead generation via phone drives, involvement in community activities and casual leasing
• Opening, closing and general day to day maintenance of the club
• Monthly audits and reporting
• Assist enquiries, foster local partnerships and understand membership options and processes
• Providing premium, individualised customer service in an efficient manner
• Greet members and guests
• Maintain and grow the Club W community via face to face contact, interacting with Club W Social Media pages and involvement in/organisation of Club W events and activities within the local community

What we're looking for in our Club W hosts:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Previous experience in sales and a proven ability to meet targets (if you have experience in health club sales that's even better)
• High standards of personal presentation and grooming
• A passion for women's health, fitness and wellness - formal qualifications not required
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Involvement in the local community or an interest to become involved
