We are seeking an office allrounder to become part of an energetic, innovate admin and franchise support team assisting with daily operations in the fitness industry.

This newly created role will support business owners with the successful execution and expansion of a rapidly growing fitness franchise in Australia.

We are looking for a proactive and savvy administrator to join our growing Orange Theory team based in Lane Cove.

What will this Job require day-to-day?

• Support Head Coach with setting up training scheduling and rolling out to all sites.
• Work with Presales Coordinator to track teaser campaigns and presales activities by holding a weekly call and reporting progress to key stakeholders.
• Update the master spreadsheet to ensure effective monitoring of Orangetheory sites performance and share with key stakeholders.
• Support the General Manger with administering marketing campaigns as and when required
• Support with Franchise Sales by ensuring all documents are collated and saved appropriated.
• Work with the property team to provide effective Project Tracking of all new Orangetheory sites and develop a country Design Integration Plan.
• Work with the General Manager of Orangetheory to ensure that all Franchises have access to all relevant supporting documents in language that’s appropriate for Australia.
• Support with the set up and implementation of administration process in the office to support all Orangetheory franchises.
• Support with order of equipment and retail product
• Provide one point of contact for Franchises

If you have these extra skills (not essential) we would love to hear from you:

• Experience of recruiting in Retail /Food and Beverage /Fitness type industries
• Experience of administering operational policy
• Educated to degree level
